We would like to offer you this invitation to become an exhibitor during this worthwhile event!

Wrights Law Special Education Law & Advocacy Training Program (one day, 6 hours)

This training will help families, educators and professionals better understand and utilize The Individuals with Disabilities Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act in order to help them become more effective advocates for their children.  Training will focus on five areas:

* special education law, rights and responsibilities
* tests and measurements to measure progress & regression
* SMART IEPs
* introduction to tactics & strategies for effective advocacy
* special education laws and homeschooling

Why participate?

  • The Wrights law seminar is designed to help parents of students with disabilities or who are in need of services become better advocates for their children by helping them to understand and effectively use the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • You can promote your services to approximately 300 parents, educators and providers in an often-overlooked subset of the population.
  • At this point, everyone knows someone who is affected by a learning, behavior, or physical disorder/disability. Each of these families finds themselves in need of guidance and resources in ways they would never have expected.  By exhibiting at the seminar, you can place yourself on the front lines!
  • We offer exhibit tables, as well as advertising in our conference program at very affordable pricing. Attendees will share these takeaways with their communities and support groups, and will use them as reference guides for year to come!

Exhibitor Space

Exhibitor tables will be located along the perimeter of the Event Hall.  Tabletops are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  We try to accommodate exhibitors’ location preferences, but reserve the right to assign final locations as we see fit.

All exhibit space includes:

  • One 6’banquet table and two chairs. Tablecloths and display items are the responsibility of the vendor to provide.
  • FREE electrical access. Maximum one standard 15 amp circuit; must be requested with contract. (Exhibitors must bring their own 50-foot extension cord.)
  • One complimentary boxed lunch on Saturday. Additional lunches are available for a fee. You will receive a lunch order form after our receipt of your signed contract and payment.

Conference Program Advertising

The conference program/brochure includes a schedule of events, exhibitor map, exhibitor descriptions, and other information attendees refer to throughout the conference.  These brochures will also be used as a reference directory by conference attendees for many years to come as they continue to seek resources throughout their journey; and they will be shared among the community members of these attendees as they continue to network in the unique ways that parents of special needs children must do on a daily basis.  These listings will also be included on the Homeschool Resources Group website.
